While in the Philippines, I am taking a short break from being 100% vegan. I’ve been eating bull testicle soup ! And a dish called bulalo, which has bone marrow.
Every three months I break out for a short while and then go back to 100 percent veganism. I found this works extremely well for my constitution. It helps me build muscle and vital energy.
I’ve noticed that even though I’ve got stronger, the flow of chi moves more slowly. I do like feeling more powerful but I don’t like the feeling of the chi slowing down.
Even in combination with green smoothies, the meat has a negative effect. This is why I only do this for a short period of time.
