For thousands of years sages, yogis and other spiritual seekers have retreated to its caves, mountains and ashrams in search of enlightenment. In ancient legends, it was taught that Shambala lies in the heart of the Himalaya and the Himalaya lie in the heart of many Buddhists, where Shambala exists.

If you have never undertaken a program with Lujan before he recommends starting with the Mayan Winged Serpent Series or the Windlock System. Tuition in Nepal will involve only one student a time so you will have personalized attention from Lujan for your training.

One of the most popular is the Annapurna Circuit, which is referred to as the “Apple Pie Trail”. This is because of the abundance of apple trees in this region, which the industrious locals have put to good use to prepare a variety delicious baked desserts.
