Small Mountain

Small mountain is an elegant magical form of movement that has straight line forward thrusts that are placed ever so gently in front of the center of the solar plexus. This form has its origins rooted deeply in the elegance of Northern Mantis and White Crane that is coupled with the grounding foundation of an element that appears to be drunken that is applied in the Jaguar Series.
It teaches focus, a single mindedness, that rotates the third eye to see straight ahead and comprehend within the physical union a depth of knowing that the recipient realizes immediately upon their retrospective moment.
As with bamboo, it is firmly rooted, yet grounded in each segmented compartment.
The Small Mountain series will be available as a five day program and is recommended as a preliminary component to be applied to the Jaguar Series to help form the moving structure correctly.
