Earth Energy Tapping is a practice that cultivates energy and encourages it to stream throughout the body externally and internally via a pounding pressure that emanates from the heart center. Through this process the chakras are systematically awakened as the energy pathways are cleared.
This practice encourages any emotions and past aversions to rise immediately to the surface of the practitioner’s awareness so that they may be released. It is very physically demanding however the disciplined practitioner will be greatly rewarded with an increase in strength, endurance, clarity and focus.
